Sounds like a plan. Tangent: Will the Liberals announce an easing to merger restrictions in the Canadian financial space? Will Paul Martin throw the banks a bone, knowing the Conservatives will? Or pretend to go all lefty and feign concern about choice? No doubt 2 of the big five will trade up a bit... apparently Goodale has signaled he will release some policy in this regard after the writ is dropped. (which I hear is looking to be Thursday)
