Mark I think mentioned that there was going to be a presentation.. also I think people are looking for value in small and mid caps.. also Dell came out with great earnings and the tech sector is going full guns.. also..there was been a lot of volume and no price moment until today again.. also the market doesn't appear to want to crash yet so I guess people are not getting out of the market but are diving in full force also I think David Smith just bought a lot of ncdi and had been pulling our legs all the time..
