Also,,Today I talked to the State of Florida Comptroller's office (a Mr William Reilly, Jr). Basically he said there was nothing that the State of Florida could do about shareholders losses. He just reconfirmed that the process that the State of Tn and the SEC had already initiated was the normal process in a fraud situation such as we have experienced with GIFS. Tennessee and the SEC did what they had to do. But in my opinion they dragged their fannys a little on the slow side. GIFS was being watched for many months until they finally took action, but too late to warn the honest investors of the their pending doom.
Otherwise,,,everything is fine. If anyone knows of ANY AVENUES left to persue to recover shareholders loses please speak up. (or should I say please post up).
