Carl, do you think that the deal with DEC will improve earnings in
the near future? I remember GECM stating in an earlier press release
that they would not do the deal with DEC unless it improves the bottom
line. If this is the case perhaps earnings can come in higher, and
maybe 20 isn't out of the question by December!!!!
