RFC Chicago to Open in Early Oct (7th)

I just spoke with Mark Robinow (CFO), who told me RFC Chicago would be opening around the 7th of October.

Also, he said the stock buyback via put sales is ongoing, which explained Goldman's sales of the Feb 22 1/2 puts the other day.
Today, Goldman asked for a FLEX market on a one year 25-strike european put. We showed them 3 1/4 bid for 1000 and 4 ask for 1000.
