Yep. Those greedy Californians who paid exorbitant fees for phantom energy and still had rolling blackouts to contend with. Funny how those rolling blackouts stopped when Enron was stopped. From the lowest mailroom clerk to Ken Lay himself, those Texas Enron people are utter scum.
