KT since last year my health insurance rates are down by about 10%, deductibles down by about 80% and coverage improved considerably. What gives?

Have not checked the education rates recently but I know that my old school fees went up by a factor of 3 during clinton administration which is close to 20% annual increase for each year and every year. Hey, 14% is an improvement

granted that few months is not enough to establish trend with any degree of confidence but OTOH in a changing environment that is all you have
