At least that's the way I see it. Good op-ed piece about why Rummy should go in today's WSJ; not because of the prison abuse issue, but because he has miscalculated virtually every aspect of "post-war" Iraq. Acording to the original plan, by the end of this year we would be down to 30K troops and Iraqi oil would be paying for the reconstruction. LOL. This episode is one of the worst miscalculations in military/political history. John, I so agree completely with that assessment. I had hoped the prison abuse would be the breaking point but it does not look like that will happen. He should have been fired long ago for his mismanagement of the war. ted
