I'll grant you that they might not actually have to show profit - just the very likely scenario that there will be one and that doesn't mean NTOP just saying so. Revenues will have to move up steadily. So until those customers start actually signing up in numbers (not like the pilot in PR), this is still meaningless.
The biggest problem with VOIP now for NTOP is that it is easy to switch to a Vonage or another provider. I haven't seen bundled pricing yet.
