Actually Neocon, I never lived next to a little boy like that at all. I was just using him as a hypothetical example to illustrate the silliness of running around with a rifle yelling the "sky is falling" and shooting into the air.

Remember that in order to identify a dangerous threat of serious harm we'd have to have ALL of the following:

the capacity;

a driving motive;

no effective moral inhibitions;

and the expectation that there would be no reprisals at a level that would make the threat regret his actions.

You keep talking about motive and lack of moral inhibitions. The rest of us keep talking about capacity and his understanding that there would be massive reprisals. No matter how many times you say that he was a bad man with few moral restraints, you can't convince the pragmatists that he had the capacity to cause any significant harm to America, or that he was so blinded by ambition or hatred that he would overlook the fact that the most dangerous wmd nation in the history of mankind was (are you ready---drum roll), US.

That's why you're not just wrong, you're blatantly, "no clothes" wrong.

I'll try to be more serious about such Chicken Little issues in the future if you'll try to control your "doomsday" fears.
