The number of issued shares will be reported in the next 10Q. We simply could not afford the charges incurred by shareholders calling the T/A continually to get this data. We have no specific information regarding who has engaged the services of UCAP to transact share selling or buying. It would appear to be an error in the calculation. I will check it. CHECK WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT
