I actually did vote for the 87 Billion - before I voted against it! Not only that - he said it would be irresponsible to vote against it after he voted for it. Look dumb butt - he voted against it to try to stay to the left with Dean in the primaries. What ever he really believes - which we may never know - made no difference. What he did was what he felt was most expedient for the primary campaign!
