I have it on good authority that Bush and Cheney are secretly having a transoceanic pipeline built from Iraq directly to the White House, where a refinery is being built in the basement. The entire length of Pennsylvania Avenue from the Capital steps to the White House will be converted to gas stations. Cheney will take 2 cents off the top from every gallon.
