Zeus, you might want to point said poster to my chatboard lawsuit thread where they can read about what actually becomes of company initiated defamation suits. As he'll see, the overwhelming majority get dismissed and the perpetrators of the suits succeed only in attracting closer scrutiny from the SEC which more often than not results in them being nailed for securities fraud. In fact, if he wants to work his way down the list starting at AZNT, you can refer him to Message 19692255, where AZNT's CEO, Mike Sylver, was barred from ever again being associated with a penny stock. - Jeff
