It is critical to know when you have won. Would it be a democratic outcome if the Shias voted in all Shia representatives and became an Islamic state?...............somewhat like Iran was under the Khomeni..........would that be victory? Cause that would be democracy at work. That is also the most likely scenario and the reason Bush is in a world of hurt right now.
