These have been interesting times. Like always, the market is acting in a peculiar way that I don't remember seeing before. Nothing is good enough for the market these days - companies like CSCO have great gains, and meet or exceed target, raise guidance going forward and then they sell off.

In the meantime, stocks like EGLS go "gangbusters" on no news that I could find.

Tonight in AH, the semi-equips "take off" and go positive, only 3 of the 25 stocks in the Group are down.

During regular hours today, only 7 of the 25 stocks were up.

The market is in a schizophrenic phase where it doesn't know what it is doing. We were up on Wednesday "big time" and down today "big time". Who knows what is going to happen tomorrow? Not me, that is for sure!

In the past month we have had ticks on the NYSE below -1300 on five(5) different days - that has never happened before.

Tonight, as I am writing this note, the futures are slightly positive - but what does that mean? - very little I am sure. Tomorrow is another day in this schizophrenic market - one of these days it's going to decide it has had enough "fooling around" and do something "reasonable" - although, now that I think about it - maybe it never will!:-)
