#02: We're all familiar with that old aphorism, "you can fool all of the people sometime, and some of the people all of the time". What many are not familiar with is the corollary that George Bush's sinister dirty tricks campaign manager has come up with: "You can fool some of the people all of the time, and those are the ones to concentrate on." And, by golly, they do.
