What exactly has this media outlet done that clearly
establishes that they are not "fair and balanced"? And how
does the phrase "fair and balanced" become an assertion
that there is no bias?

Would that be similar to the NYT, "All The News That’s Fit
to Print" being an assertion that they never lie, distort,
deceive or print anything false?
