Very interesting and sad post. I had hoped that message boards would have become a tool to unite shareholders against management scams, in litigation, administrative actions and negotiation and to pass legislation in this regard.

Instead message boards seem to have become dominated by issues of ego and I'm afraid that many of us fall into the response to a response to a response degeneration pattern.

Maybe this will change. As you point out, there is so much potential. Sometimes, it's not even scams. It may be management that sells shares and then issues cheap options too often.

The legal reality is that management works for shareholders. However, the opposite reflects investment reality.
