All it is is a dear doctor letter in Italian, asking how much Raptiva cost, how effective it is and is it available in Italy. And of course thanks the doctor..

The reply:

Not available for sale in Italy, while it is in Switerland. Very expensive as it is a biologic, I believe in a very few people that posses certain specifications, one may effect(have) a long term cure.

Bluegree, this is what I think it says.My translation is based on my knowledge of Spanish, Portugese and Raptiva. I have never studied Îtalian, and while I can read it, I am aware I may draw the wrong conclusion about what is meant even more often than I do in English.
