And if you can recall a few examples from memory...

What is the point of picking out a few examples? You can't generalize from them. You don't even know if they're biased unless you study other reports and compare them. I don't know if you don't understand that or if you are just poking me with a stick.

There is an inherent problem in trying to compare bias in news is that there is nothing on the right to compare with the NYT. Where would I look for examples. Just about everything from the right is basically opinion, not news, with some news mixed in. The Times and its ilk may inappropriately insert opinion into their news stories, but they are at least supposed to be controlled as news stories so we can pick out the opinion and fault it. I don't know any written source on the right that is controlled for straight news.

This is a piece from a few days ago to which I responded "bias alert" in the spirit of our earlier discussion because of one particularly conspicuous fallacy. But look at the piece. It doesn't make any pretense at being unbiased. It's commentary. Virtually everything from the right is commentary because the right has no comparable news outlets so there's no comparison with the Times' news articles. It wouldn't be intellectually honest to try.

Any further examples I came up with would have the same problem so there's no point.
