In its semi-weekly "Update" issue, The Napeague Letter e-mailed the following information about Advanced Deposition Technologies to its subscribers: On August 11th, ADTC announced that it had negotiated $10 million in additional debt financing "for qualified acquisition targets." See biz.yahoo.com In the press release, Glenn J. Walters, the president of the Company said, "Our continued financial strength in conjunction with the bank's support places us in a very strong position to grow the company through both internal means and by vertical integration. We believe leveraging our proprietary technology platform in several of our product groups can best be achieved by strategic acquisitions. Our present attention is focused an several private companies who fit our profile needs." On August 8th, ADTC announced that it is now working with a new investor relations firm, with broader experience with small public companies. Frankly, my contacts with the previous IR firm had left much to be desired; they were seemingly reluctant to provide information about the Company and some of the information that I was able to pry out of them was incorrect or misleading.
