Quit trying to cover up US atrocities by blaming it on someone else or only the little guys. There is no excuse for what went on in that prison and it was plainly no big secret either. Investigations may prove that the responsibility for this goes way up the chain of command. If so, higher-ups should be held accountable. Bushies simply have to learn the meaning of accountability. If not, our entire society starts falling apart.
