You just posted that you work for options. Are you saying that you are working for compensation that you don't plan on receiving? I thought you were smarter than that. I think I have a 50% chance of getting something out of my efforts. Hardly a "sure thing". Look, I didn't overturn the options expensing proposal in a congressional subcommittee. There are 100 sponsors of a bill to block options expensing in favor of a 3 year study to determine what this approach will do to startup companies. There aren't 100 congresspeople in the pocket of the tech lobby... it is really only the tech centers that are concerned about this. Constituents want expensing. So you tell me, what happened if this model is so great. I think that if the proposal on the table was a clean, expense at exercise approach, the results might have been different.
