Lizzie, RE: But you'd be a fool to BUY an option now, based on the BS tables on etrade, that you were unable to sell for a year- agree? No, I don't agree. That's called a European option. The original Black Scholes formula is based upon European options. It prices them just fine. Really, before you judge something, you at least should learn the basics.
