Why do you say we are experiencing stagflation? Stagflation is defined as high inflation and no GDP growth. Right now, the economy is hitting on all cylinders with GDP growth higher than in any time in the last decade, while jobs growth has been outstanding over the last 2 months. Inflation is up, certainly, but that can be controlled with higher rates and with Congressional will to balance the budget.

So we haven't hit stagflation yet, although I won't rule it out. If GDP growth sputters next year and prices continue to rise, after all the tax cuts have worked their way through and after rates start their incline, then we can start worrying about stagflation.
