Do you mix veggies in? I love doing a beef roast in my pressure cooker. I always put in one potato, one onion, one small bag of baby carrots and 6-8 sliced up mushrooms. This cooks in about 20 minutes, then takes another 30 minutes to cool enough to open the cooker. Makes delicious gravy, too. Think I'll get one out of the freezer right now for Sunday.
