yes, i hear you. I need an unbiased perspective to keep my level. My main concern though is in areas such as the one in which i live where there is still an outrageous demand for houses and seems to grow more as each day passes. Perhaps this area is at the top of the ponzi scheme, but I have yet to see prolonged weakness that would cause me to question the veracity of this desire by many Americans to move to So Cal., and OC specifically.

Of course, once they all get here traffic will be a mess and I want no part of it.
