Jon, Sounds as though you spoke to Andy Hay of Britton Capital they are the IR firm and the ones who did the private placement. Spoke to Andy either on Monday or Tuesday and I had no indication that the company was going to be selling shares. I wonder how much was sold and what the float is now. Apparently the new property was turning a profit when it ceased operations. I haven't checked but would like to know what the price of gold was when they showed a profit. If I get a chance I might just make a call to Andy also. I think more due dilligence is in order. Harold
