Hi Harvey Allen; Re: "Bilow- I think it goes all the way to the top." My guess is that it does, but not through the military chain of command. The military report on the subject kind of danced around the possibility that the chain of command ordered their subordinates to follow the directions of the CIA and contractors that were present at the prison. -- Carl
