You're right. We the people need to get the truth, no matter where it leads. Maybe everything Bush says is true, but he's a real boy who cried wolf. Not one thing he claimed about Iraq or why we're there turned out to be true.

Bush can be expected to run on this video tape now. This is his big issue. Kerry cannot directly doubt it yet but others will. How did Berg fall into terrorist hands in his US jumpsuit? Where did the video come from anyway? How did it get into the US media so quickly? Why did Hannity and Limbaugh have it so quickly? Everything smacks of a quickly put-together ugly conspiracy to change the subject around.

Ironically, it's good for our country to take the attention off the prison tortures, but on the other hand we cannot let Bushies get away with this shell game, especially if it involves brutal murder. And honesty is always the best policy. We survived Watergate, we can survive this. But this is already feeling much-much worse than Watergate.
