The amount of pressure they were bringing to have it done made me think something wasn't right. Like wanting all the money up front for a 6 month procedure. Refusing to turn the exam bill in to my insurance unless I had it done. Telling me I had several cavities I didn't have and they would have to fill them without novocaine unless I had the cutting done.
