I've seen this kid's website very recently doing spam boasting and posting about picking such wondrous companies as IVAN, usually on RB. On RB, they seem to generate names at random to spam and then have some posters pump constantly.

Wasn't there any prohibition against him being involved in the securities industry in the future or did they waive that because he was a minor?
