IMO stating "B-S falls apart on the really speculative issues" is, er .. just BS. :-)) But if you have a cogent argument to support that, let's hear it.

So does that mean you think it's preferable for Cisco to "expense at grant" (rather than "at exercise")? But "expense at exercise" for a Juniper or a RHAT (speculative type of company)? Or not expense a Juniper or a RHAT at all .. even though a Cisco expenses?

Or do you not know what you mean? Or do you know what you mean without the ability to communicate your meaning? Because I sure as heck don't what you mean, as you keep referencing companies not previously discussed and yet, ironically and simultaneously, keep going in circles.
