I'm tired of this rkral. Congress passed on options expensing. Ask yourself why. I think BS had a part in it. People don't want to overly penalize the new emerging companies just because they are "hot". That is almost socialist. I give you an example of a company that would have been screwed royally by BS (Juniper) and you keep asking me to prove it, prove it, prove it. I wonder what examples the tech lobbies were plugging in to the BS formulas to get congress to back off- my guess: JNPR, RHAT, YHOO. All companies that did what many (maybe MOST) hot tech companies did.... boom, crash, boom. Just like oracle and apple 15 years ago. If the options expensing proposal on the table doesn't work for this scenario... it doesn't work.
