Israeli's do not need to train the U.S. in interrogation techniques. There are centers set up in this country for that specific purpose. The other item to note is the prisoners in those cell blocks were not there for traffic violations. The guards had almost no training on how to deal with prisoners, had to live in poor conditions themselves, and were trained to kill enemy soldiers in boot camp. I'm sure the people brought in were perceived as enemies who may have killed American soldiers. That can explain much of the reactions. Additionally, this type of behavior is not exclusive to Israeli's or Americans. If you search through history, this has happened in every conflict and war on earth. Do you think war tends to bring out the best in people?
