Jeff: Thanks for pointing me to the site. I've bookmarked it for future use. Have you got any ideas/opinions on why the price has dropped? Also, I'm curious if anyone has any opinions from the latest 10Q about this: "The Company is contingently liable to issue up to three million shares of restricted stock each to three officers and directors of the Company for their efforts in closing the Sao Tome & Principe contract. These shares will be issued upon certain oil production levels being attained. The Company is contingently liable to issue up to two million shares of restricted stock each to two officers and directors of the Company for their efforts in closing the M III contract in Utah. These shares will be issued upon certain oil production levels being attained." Looks like we can expect the company officers to give themselves 13 million more shares if the oil production efforts are successful. At current outstanding shares, that's almost half of the company. This is the kind of thing that gives me pause when I think about buying back in. regards, Mike
