WRONG. It seems up to 90% have been picked up in random sweeps or turned in by a jealous neighbor.

Also, 30 years ago we had something in this country called common sense. You didn't need to be trained to know that common sense says it's wrong to ram stuff up someone's ass.

That training thing goes too far. Even Novak when he released the name of an American undercover CIA agent in his column was arguing if it was actually against the law to do so. Common sense would have told him that if the CIA had the person as an undercover agent, it was not in this countries best interest to release it.

Atually THIS paricular behavior has been documented by the Red Cross of actions of Israeli's to Palestinian prisoners. I'm not talking about general bad behavior.
