Russ, I've had at least a third long from the 40s and it's been great. There is no doubt that American engineers are more productive than Indian engineers. Maybe double. However, US engineers are 10 times more expensive. More and more will be outsourced. And all the Indian American entrepreneurs in our tech cos. will help their former country get up to snuff, and INFY will continue to shine.
