"Deficits are coming down" The way Bush keeps shoveling money into that black hole known as Iraq I wouldn't count on it. The economy has to keep growing to rid the deficit but with inflation rearing it's ugly head they may have to choke off growth with higher interest rates. That’s what’s got the markets spooked right now.
