OK Bob, the first time you wrote the "deficits are coming down", I let it go. But now that you have repeated this incorrect statement, lets clarify:

The forecast for the current fiscal year deficit, ending Sept 2004, has come down. I am sure this is what you are referring to.

The deficit for this fiscal year will be significantly larger than last year. So the deficits are NOT coming down, they are still increasing.
