Boris_a, there's definitely something wrong with the USA's leadership methodology of selection.

The problem starts with Yale - recruitment by donations and brandname, not merit. No cultural education either.

Now we all have to pay the price for it too.

Also, look no further than India to see how women are accepted in govt leadership roles over there, meanwhile in the USA govt, it's same old, same old. Time warp to the 50s.
