Why would Powell be in the loop about our secret torture programs? The Bushies don't keep him informed about anything else. The sad thing is, a lot of Americans won't see anything wrong with a secret torture program. They'll use things like the Berg beheading to justify it. These people are the Bush base. So, this election is about the soul of America, and who we are.
