Looking for success: Sen. Judd Gregg expects to see his bioshield legislation finally pass the Senate early this week, and by a wide margin.

The bill is designed to protect citizens from a bioterror attack. The three areas the bill addresses are research and development, procurement and stockpiling, and emergency access.
