No one is fooled. Kerry has an obligation to vote. He did not, the vote lost by one. He must bear the responsibility. You notice how quiet AS is about this? lolol on the AS meter that means the Kerry camp is very worried how this is going to play out on TV. It was a dumb move on Kerry's part.
