How about - does raising taxes raise long term revenues? And at what point are higher taxes destructive. A 100% rate will raise zero. A 0% rate will raise zero. The debate should not be about class warfare. It should be about growth and tax revenues as compined issue.

I don't know the answer. I know class warfare is wrong and I know too high of a tax rate is wrong. Slick caught the sweet spot from the internet bubble. With that gone - what is best?
