You obviously haven't been following the stream. My complaint has never been that I can't turn my television on and get my jollies from a cable program exclusively devoted to violence and horror. I don't have any desire what so ever to do that.

The point is that you and me and millions of Americans are being denied the opportunity to witness what our enemy is capable of doing to us. Videos or pictures of real acts of hatred and violence perpetrated against Americans are essentially barred from our televisions and computers which is in stark contrast to the events in Abu Gahrib prison.

Decisions have been made that it isn't in our best interest to see these images because of our "sensibilities" or "these kinds of images "aren't appropriate." Yet there is not enough bandwidth available to show all of the pictures coming out of Abu Gahrib if everyone in the world wants to see them. That is an exaggeration, but I hope you get my meaning?

Edit: If the above reasons are the excuse as to why Americans are not seeing acts of hatred and violence perpetrated against our own people they aren't good enough....and I don't buy it for one minute.

I don't know why you have to reduce the argument to hating any one group. I am too busy dealing with my fear to give much thought to hatred.
