"(Bush)seems to have no curiosity what else might be happening in the world and most of his experience is limited to loyalist GOP fundraisers" I beleive Bush had never travelled outside the USA prior to becoming President. It's no wonder he has blundered into Iraq considering he has no experience with different cultures.
