It is cruel. I never said it was not. I did not say the Muslims in question are nice. They are not.

It is more embarassing to have a one sided unbalanced view of the situation. We are maltreating prisoners of war. Far worse than the Nazis did to us. Really. Deal with that. We killed perhaps 7 millions civilians in the Second World War. We did not advertise that on video. We hid that.

I cannot compare the two. They are different. One is the purposeful cruelty to retaliate and inspire fear. The other is the uncontrolled brainless anger and arrogance of a conqueror, murdering innocents. I am not playing which one is better. I don't think you can effectively reason with either side.

You are free to deny it, if you don't immediately believe it. Don't bother researching it, or looking it up.

I would not want to deal with either the Islamic fundamentalist or the US army. They are both nice if you are not captured by them. The only difference is, if the Islamic fellow releases you, you will never hear from him again.
