Eric, I'm curious about your interest in taking "a large position". My sense is that the service in Silicon Valley is NOT even a force out, much less a "huge hit". I know a few folks who swear by it, it is a hit with them. After 3-4 years of availability in the Bay Area 15,000 subscribers is dreadful.

How do they get to 100-200 kbs? I thought that the wire back-bone itself is limited to 128. And if it were a HUGE hit, how would they deal with dividing up bandwidth among users? What if all their subscribers started listening to NetRadio? ie, what is the through-put at capacity?

I assumed that the Overall Wireless deal was making a statement about the limitation of their technology. What happened to the utility business? It just fell off a cliff.

And finally how do you deal with management that pays itself handsomely while the business does poorly? My thought is that shareholders don't get much consideration in an outfit like this. Why not take your money to Las Vegas and place it on red? At least then you have close to a 50% chance of winning.
